I've heard countless stories of people who have purchased a stunning sofa from a high-end retailer, only to find that it deteriorates rapidly, loses its comfort, and fails to meet their expectations for the price they paid. The reality is that some of the retail furniture stores that are highly regarded by many could be of better quality. That's why I'd like to highlight the advantages of investing in custom furniture.
When it comes to furniture, custom-made pieces offer superior durability and longevity. They often come with excellent warranties and top-notch customer service to assist the buyer. If you have children or pets, you are aware of their ability to wreak havoc on your belongings. Mass-produced furniture typically does not hold up well and needs to be better crafted.
A great thing about custom furniture is that it can be customized for width and depth to fit any body type or family size. It's also generally more comfortable than retail and likely to retain that same comfort level for years. Speaking of comfort, that is customizable as well. Want to fall into a cloud? You got it!
One of my favorite things about custom furniture is designing it according to my client’s style and personality. There are many custom options, from performance fabrics, arm shape, and leg style down to the piping. Does a fun zebra accent chair sound like you? Or maybe a plush, white cozy lounger you can relax in after a long day. White, Ashley? Yes! Some fabrics can withstand wine, grape juice, or whatever you or your kids can throw at it; the great thing is, it’s unique and one of a kind!
